Restyling Jmol application toolbar and menus

Current toolbar (v. 11.5.51):

Open a file Save current view as an image Print view Rotate molecule Select a set of atoms using SHIFT-LEFT-DRAG Return molecule to home position

First attempts at improving some of the icons:

new Export-to-web, Save-state-script, Rotate, Pick, and Frame controls
POV-Ray icons - awaiting for permission to use them -- got it! -- Will set for the blue one

A whole new look, based on the Nuvola set of icons (WikiMedia Commons, LGPL licence)
