This is the result of a lucky morning of inspiration and head-scratching by Angel Herráez and Jaime Prilusky. Intended to be a tool for inclusion in Proteopedia. It is applicable to Jmol 11.6.x and hopefully to later versions too, since now we use the JSON data structure provided by Jmol. It does not depend on the sequence in the PDB header, but on the actual atom data.
